To review your application a minimum required credit score is 600.
What is the minimum income to be approved?
Net Income must be at least 3x the monthly rent. Net income is after any taxes, child support, 401k withdrawals are taken from your income and overtime will be removed from the calculation.
Will I be required to carry renters’ insurance?
Yes, personal liability coverage of no less than $50,000 with Real Invest Inc listed as additional insured prior to moving into the home. Dog bite liability is required for any homes with a dog.
Can you hold a place before I apply?
You must have approved application and all funds should be paid and then we remove the property from active listing.
How long does it take to know if I was approved?
Application will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposit will be refundable if the tenant fulfilled financial and conditional terms of the lease.
How do I pay my required fees like first month rent, admin fees, or deposits?
We accept Zelle Pay, Quick Pay, Cash app, Chime, PayPal, Money Order, Cash.
How do I get my keys to the property?
During walk through possession inspection.
